Carbons are in red; Nitrogens in green; Sulfurs in yellow and
Oxygens in blue. Click on the amino acids in the window in the right and
the coordinates will be loaded and displayed in the 3D window. Drag the
mouse in the 3D window to rotate the structure. More information on individual
amino acids is available in the Amino Acid Table
and you can learn to modify specific amino acids at the Amino Acid Modifier.
